Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Additives (chemical products)
  • Opened packages of Collated Nails & Screws
  • Opened Child Safety products

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with:

  • Original packaging
  • Copy of receipt/order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded as needed)
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
